We discovered this week past week that PVC skirtings are excellent to install and very cost-effective. Have a look at this clip and see how easy it is to install.

Making extra space in your place is always good. We always like buying stuff and displaying them on shelves for all to see. Displaying our things looks so much better on shelves. This past month we have been working in places that needed deep cleaning. Most of the time it was owners of properties that needed to clean the property due to new tenants moving in or old ones moving out. I visited a client this week that installed floating shelves. It was done very well and looks great. Upon my arrival, I noticed that one of the shelves was a bit "skew" if I can put it like that. It dawned on me that not many people know how to put a floating shelf correctly on a wall. So we at Basic Precision Handywork thought we will post this short video to help and guide you if you need to install a floating shelf.
