Hi Steelwork customers . Just a bit of bad news. Unfortunately some individuals thought it a great idea to “redistribute” our bakkie two weeks ago, and this week nicked some of our welding equipment... so please bear with us. Your stuff will get done, albeit with a bit of a delay. If anyone perhaps has a spare welding machine to lend us while we sort out with insurance that would be greatly appreciated!

Uh-oh. We’re experiencing several difficulties with a spate of bad luck and changes going on. Please be patient, I’ll be offline for a few days.

Currently working on a kiddies , the final version will have a desk below and space for shelves and a book case. This is quiet a lot of work designing it to dismantle for transportation and storage.

Looking for something new or different. I've been curating a few things we'd love to make for someone looking to upgrade their home or office. Mild steel furniture like these are robust, and long lasting. When made by us they're also a work of art.

Posted some stuff on instagram earlier, filters messed up the images slightly. Just trying to get stuff done before the break, but as soon as Easter arrives people's brains switch off for a few days.

Currently working on some stylish coffee tables and a custom recliner.

So we've wound up most of what can be done this year. The master artisan is heading home for well deserved break, and will be doing the driving himself for the first time. We wish him well for Christmas with his family and a safe trip. Our orders are now closed for 2017, but you're more than welcome to book a spot on our 2018 waiting list!

So as December looms we're getting ready to go into hibernation. I'm still here while Peter is off spending much deserved time with his family.

As per usual, there is an expected annual increase in materials and finishes, I have a project on the go and a few tentative ones.
If you're not in a rush, and before your spend all of your bonus please show us some love and order something before 2018 - This way I can take advantage of the current steel prices and offer you a saving!

Some may say never too late to learn. Very proud of Peter (56) got his license today first try!
