The Hillside House patiently restored and imaginatively designed, this guest house offers the weary traveller a private yet homely peaceful retreat in the heart of vibrant Melville, the arts and culture hothouse of Johannesburg. The seven airy rooms are styled simply yet elegantly, with heavenly beds all with en-suite bathrooms.
Downstairs is where you get a real sense of contemporary loft design meets old Johannesburg charm as you take breakfast in the dining room, overlooking our indigenous garden. We can point you towards a myriad of experiences, from live music to fine dining. Or you stay in for the night and enjoy high-speed wireless Internet and satellite television in your room.
