DROP 9 pendant
by ARIHIRO MIYAKE

Instinct meets engineering. πŸ’‘

A chandelier defined by clean lines and an ultra-slim aluminium structure, built for soft, diffused light. Every profile and connector comes together through miniaturised joinery β€” the result is a beautifully suspended lightness.

Pure design diligence, in its most refined form.

Meet Giunto β€” Cappellini's coffee table that plays with balance. 🌿

Designed by Finnish designer Antrei Hartikainen, Giunto takes its curved, lens-like form from nature β€” think water-worn stones and eroded rock, with a playful nod to the sculptural shapes beavers carve into tree trunks.

What makes it special: the base and top meet at a single, minimal point of contact β€” enough to create real tension and balance between two solid forms. And because that connection is off-centre, the tabletop actually moves. A coffee table with a bit of play in it.

Available in two sizes, in matte or gloss lacquer across the full Cappellini colour range. The lower table also comes in solid European cherry, and the high version in Rosso Lepanto marble for something bolder.

Nordic craftsmanship meets minimalist form β€” Giunto fits effortlessly into homes and contract interiors alike.

PARAVENTO RISACCA
by Gaetano Pesce

A limited edition item, produced in nine exemplars.
The three panels that form the screen, attached to six brass bases, are made by casting a transparent resin in a wooden mould, similar in effect to oil painting, that impresses the artist’s every brush stroke on the material, imbuing the work with the three-dimensional quality that makes it unique.

Pick of the Week ✨

Castore β€” a study in visual balance βšͺ

Designed by Angelo Mangiarotti , this glass and marble dining table (130cm, via Karakter) creates a striking illusion: a round glass top appears held in place by nothing more than a small marble bowl resting on its surface.
Rounded edges soften the marble's natural weight, while the bowl doubles as a functional piece on its own β€” or stays put, its reflection tracing another curve across the glass.

Zig Zag Chair β€” icon in balance ⚑

Designed by Gerrit Thomas Rietveld, the Zig Zag chair remains one of the earliest examples of a cantilevered solid wood chair β€” four flat wooden planes joined in rhythmic sequence, creating a striking, sculptural sense of instability where there is none.
Radical then. Iconic now.

Domo Lamp β€” light, reimagined πŸ’‘

Originally designed by Joe Colombo, Domo was one of three lamps born from a single core shape β€” a study in the curvaceous, functional forms Colombo favoured over sharp edges and straight lines.
Colombo designed for real life: flexible, convertible pieces that adapted to the user, not the other way around. His "machines for living" pushed materials and technology to create furniture that still feels futuristic today. Domo is one of his enduring icons.
