Couch Comfortโs doors are now permanently closed.
After 6 incredible years, we're saying goodbye to this chapter.
This was never just a shop to me. It became a space of vision โ where we imagined fabrics and leathers, shapes and sizes, and how each piece would come to life in someoneโs home.
It was the excitement of every order arriving, and the joy of seeing the perfect match come together for each clientโs unique space.
It was a place filled with stories, people, and meaning.
Some mornings, it was simply me, worship music playing loudly through the shop, taking a moment to praise the Lord for His goodness.
What started as a business grew into something deeply personal โ something that truly took root in my life.
Iโm leaving one chapter behind, while continuing to grow in the two that are already part of my daily life โ my second year in real estate alongside my mom at Rose Properties, and my fifth year as a Director at Swartland Mattress Warehouse, our wonderful mattress neighbours.
While this goodbye isnโt easy, I trust that this new season is exactly where Iโm meant to be.
To every customer who supported us, believed in us, and trusted us with your homes โ thank you. Your loyalty and love meant more than words can ever express. I will truly miss being part of the sofa industry and all the special connections that came with it.
