What a huge flooring difference makes! We removed the old carpets and laid gorgeous vinyl floors. Vinyl is so easy to maintain and it looks so much better. We added these stunning rugs from Hertex to give extra warmth and makes it feel more luxurious 😊

We just did a makeover in this gorgeous apartment overlooking the yacht basin. We repainted the whole apartment in a lighter shade which makes the rooms feel lighter and brighter. We replaced the old dark laminated flooring with a light oak vinyl flooring which gives the rooms so much warmth and lightens the whole apartment. We recovered the couches and added a new rug. In the bedrooms we made new upholstered headboards, recovered the new bed bases. We replaced the old bedside tables with more modern bedside tables and lamps. We also added rugs under the beds to give warmth.

Here are some before and after photos of a bathroom we just renovated. We removed the bath and build a larger walk in shower making the room feel so much bigger. The floating vanity makes the room look more sleek. We added 2 LED mirrors which engage the look of the bathroom and give extra light.

We just finished this kitchen makeover. The client had a conservatory put in and new kitchen cupboards. We sanded the old varnish off the counter tops and put an oil on the counter tops which gives it a more natural wooden look and feel. We repainted the the cabinets in an off white and the island in a gorgeous green. Here are some before and after photos.

One of the guest bedrooms in the home we renovated. We took out the old carpets and laid wooden laminated floors. We took out the old blinds and installed sheer curtains with block out blinds. As it is such a dark room we used light fabrics and furniture to keep the room as bright as possible

We just did a little facelift on this gorgeous apartment looking over the yacht basin in the Cape Town Waterfront Marina. We repainted the walls which make the rooms look so much lighter and fresher. We removed the old carpet and laid a new vinyl floor. Vinyl flooring is so practical and durable especially when the apartment is rented out. It is also so much easier to clean. We also recovered the lounge chairs and bought new dining chairs.
