Mossel Bay Municipality invites businesses, caravan parks and residential estates requiring additional refuse collections during December 2026 and January 2027 to submit their applications.

This information will assist the Municipality in planning additional collections during the busy festive season.

Applications must include:
* The additional collection days required
* An estimate of the number of refuse bags or bins to be collected
* The applicant’s municipal account number

The applicable additional tariff will be communicated to successful applicants.

Early placement attracts bag scratchers, causes litter pollution in our protected green belts, threatens wildlife, and can provide cover for opportunistic criminals.
Municipal Public Nuisance By-laws and the National Environmental Management: Waste Act apply. Non-compliance may constitute an offence.
