tely. During this uncertain time, another friend showed the mobile I had made for her child to an online shop owner, who liked it so much that she commissioned six mobiles from me. And so, a new door opened and Wonderfelt was born. Pretty soon, I went from buying single blocks of felt to needing metres and metres of the stuff! While the rest of the locked-down world was baking banana bread and watching all of Netflix, I taught myself how to use Illustrator to design creatures and shapes for my mobiles. I also spent some time researching other types of felt-based products that kids might love and added fun and stimulating activity books to my repertoire. The first of these books were given to my boyfriend’s nephew, and it was a hit! It is such a joy to see little faces light up with wonder because of something I created, and I can’t wait to share this wonder with you and your little ones.
