We recently tackled a challenging water issue for Inospace, where underground water was pushing up into one of their customer's units, causing persistent flooding. To solve this, we installed a GeoPipe drainage system, successfully redirecting the water away from the unit and preventing further damage.

This long-term solution ensures the space stays dry and fully operational, protecting the business from future disruptions. We’re proud to have delivered an effective fix for our client!

Inospace Cape Town ITC – Project Completion

Our team has successfully completed the restoration work, ensuring improved durability and enhanced visual appeal. The scope of work included:

- Comprehensive spalling repairs to restore structural integrity

- Resultant damage repairs

- Application of advanced waterproofing solutions to protect against moisture intrusion

- A full repaint, revitalizing the exterior and reinforcing surface protection

With these upgrades, the building is now structurally sound, weather-resistant, and visually refreshed. Preventative maintenance is key to extending the lifespan of any property.

Prior to our intervention, the building required critical maintenance to ensure its structural integrity and longevity. The primary concerns included:

- Deteriorating concrete with areas of spalling requiring urgent repair

- Resultant damage repair

- Insufficient waterproofing, posing a risk of water ingress and long-term damage

- Aged and weathered paintwork, affecting both aesthetics and surface protection

Addressing these issues was essential to preserving the building’s condition and preventing further deterioration. Below are images documenting the site before our work commenced.

Our work is complete, and the results speak for themselves. We successfully:

- Repaired all spalling and waterproofed the plaster bands

- Replaced old window putty and sealed against water

- Fixed the drainage slope to prevent future water issues

- Cleaned and cleared the gutters for proper water flow

The building is now structurally sound, water-resistant, and in top condition. A well-maintained property is key to long-term durability.

Before we got to work, this site faced several structural and water-related issues that needed urgent attention. Our scope of work included:

- Repairing spalling and waterproofing the plaster bands

- Replacing old, deteriorated window putty and sealing against water

- Fixing a drainage system that wasn’t sloped correctly

- Cleaning out and maintaining the gutters

These issues, if left unchecked, could have led to serious damage. See the condition before we stepped in. The transformation is remarkable.
