Look where they ended up 🤍

These 8 dining chairs came to us in pure leather that had started peeling after just a few years.

Our client loved the chairs, just not the fabric anymore - so instead of replacing them, we gave them a whole new life.

Now reupholstered in a soft, timeless linen in a lighter, fresher colour - ready for many more years of family dinners, long chats, and everyday moments around this table.

This is why we love reupholstery. Same quality frames, same memories, just beautifully renewed.

🪑❤️ DON'T THROW IT AWAY — GIVE IT A SECOND CHANCE!

These two single-seater rocking chairs arrived at our workshop in a seriously damaged condition.

One had been left outside and had suffered significant damage, so there was quite a bit more involved than simply changing the upholstery. We repaired the frame and sorted out the damaged areas before getting to work on the reupholstery. 🔨🛠️

And what a transformation! 😍

💚 From: Green upholstery
🩶 To: Beautiful charcoal grey corduroy

They've gone from tired and damaged to fresh, modern and ready to be enjoyed for many more years.

At Custom Couches, we don't just change fabric — we repair, restore and revive furniture.

If you have a couch, chair or other piece of furniture that's looking worse for wear, send us a photo and let us see what we can do.

🤎 FROM WORN TO WOW - DINING CHAIR TRANSFORMATION 🤎

We love a good before & after, and this one is special!

This client brought us a set of 8 solid wood dining chairs. The frames were still strong and beautiful, but the seats were cracked, faded and tired after years of use.

The brief? Make them luxurious, timeless and built to last again.

Here’s what we did:
✨ Stripped the old upholstery completely
✨ Reupholstered all 8 seats in genuine BROWN OSTRICH LEATHER - look at that texture!
✨ Finished with brand new silver stud detailing for that classic, high-end look

The result is 8 statement chairs that are now more beautiful than when they were first bought. This is why we always say - don’t throw away solid furniture, reupholster it!

Do you have dining chairs that need some love? Send us a photo on WhatsApp for a quick, no-obligation quote.

📍 Based in Randburg - we collect & deliver across Gauteng
