🇿🇦 Happy Heritage Day! 🇿🇦

Today is a reminder of the rich tapestry of cultures, traditions, languages and histories that make up our beautiful South Africa.

Our heritage is found in the stories we share, the traditions we pass down, the food we enjoy and the different ways we celebrate being South African. It’s about remembering where we come from, appreciating our diversity, and finding the things that bring us together.

And, naturally… nothing brings South Africans together quite like a braai! 🔥🥩

So today, celebrate your heritage, share a meal, gather around the fire and enjoy the wonderfully diverse country we call home.

Happy Heritage Day, Mzansi! 🇿🇦❤️

☀️ POWER YOUR WATER PUMPING WITH THE SUN

With electricity costs continuing to rise, solar pumping is becoming an increasingly practical option for farms, businesses and properties looking for a more energy-efficient way to move water.

And solar pumping has come a long way.

At Spilhaus Boland, we have developed a variable speed drive (VSD) solar pumping system that can accommodate a wide range of pumping applications — from deep boreholes to surface booster pumps.

💧 What makes our system different?

✔️ Any size pump can be accommodated
✔️ Suitable for high-capacity applications and high heads
✔️ Works with ordinary three-phase motors and off-the-shelf pumps
✔️ Suitable for deep-well borehole pumps AND surface booster pumps
✔️ Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology allows the pump to operate even when solar radiation isn't at its peak
✔️ No batteries or conventional inverter required
✔️ Locally developed software and readily available equipment
✔️ Lightning arrestors, surge protection, isolators and fuses can be incorporated for added system protection

☀️ And the biggest advantage?

The sun is free — and quality solar panels can be guaranteed for up to 25 years through independent insurance arrangements.

Spilhaus Boland can assist with a range of solar pumping solutions, including our specially developed VSD solar systems, as well as Grundfos SQFlex, Franklin Solarpak and Jintai systems.

Looking at ways to reduce your pumping electricity costs?
