Pileo shows a different side of Porada's relationship with wood. Instead of making the wood the dominant feature, three slim legs of Canaletta walnut support a wide metal shade, using very little material to create a distinctly recognisable silhouette.

Available in walnut or ash, with the shade in pewter grey, white or glossy black.

Made as both a desk and floor lamp, Pileo is perfect for a home or office space.

There’s a difference between filling a room and giving it a point of view.

A sofa you sit on and one that changes the way a room feels.
A table that fills a space and one that becomes part of how you live in it.
Something you buy and something you value holding onto.

That’s what draws us to Italian design.

At Maldini, we bring together brands that each approach it differently. Porada’s quiet craftsmanship, Cattelan Italia’s sculptural forms, Qeeboo’s unexpected imagination, Incanto’s approach to comfort, and Lago’s contemporary design.

Different perspectives, with one shared belief: good design isn’t only about where it’s made. It’s about how it lives with you.

For a limited time, pieces across the Maldini showroom are available at special pricing.

Somewhere between a lamp and a little love note.

Teddy Love XS by Qeeboo holds a glowing heart in its hands. Small enough for a bedside table, shelf or desk, it’s the kind of piece you might buy for someone you love, or choose for yourself simply because it makes you smile.

A little light, a little humour and a lot of heart.

Available in fuxia, dark orange, white, yellow, light blue and bright pink .

We spend a lot of time thinking about how a bedroom feels from the bed. But you spend just as much time seeing the bed from everywhere else in the room.

That’s what makes the profile of Dylan by Cattelan Italia interesting. From the side, the headboard leans back and continues into the base in one line, lifted above the floor on slim chromed steel feet.

It changes the bed from something you simply sleep in, into a piece of furniture you want to look at too.

Keys by the front door. Jewellery taken off at the end of the day. A small plant on a shelf. It’s often the smallest things that end up needing somewhere to live.

Turtle Carry XS by Qeeboo gives them somewhere unexpected. The ceramic turtle comes carrying a pocket emptier, jewellery tree or planter on its back, turning an everyday function into something with a little personality.

It’s very Qeeboo - much more interesting than another tray!

Working from home doesn’t mean you want to look at work all evening.

Agea by Porada is designed for both sides of your day. While you’re working, power and USB outlets are built into the top, with six drawers and a removable compartment tray keeping everything close at hand.

Then the laptop closes, the USB outlets retract and work disappears into the drawers. What’s left is a beautifully made piece of furniture in solid Canaletta walnut.

Rounded corners soften the form, with the grain continuing across the drawer fronts and a top available in wood or stitched Cuoietto saddle leather.

Come see how it works in your space.

How we host changes. Sometimes it’s six for dinner, then another four people pull up a chair.

The U Table by Lago makes that easy. With no legs at the corners, the entire edge is open, so chairs can be added, moved and rearranged without anyone ending up negotiating a table leg.

A single curved metal base does all the work at the centre, supporting a rectangular or oval top from 2 to 3 metres long.

It’s a clever piece of Italian design for the way we actually gather around a table.

A room gets more interesting when everything doesn’t come from the same design vocabulary.

Deep buttoning has been part of upholstery for generations. Windsor by Arketipo that familiar detail and uses it across a much more contemporary sofa, with the tufting running over the back, arms and front.

That’s why an older design reference can work so well in a modern home. Against cleaner architecture, contemporary art or newer pieces, it brings another layer into the room rather than making it feel traditional.

Windsor is available to view in Kramerville.

Solid walnut looks different at noon than it does at 5pm. It warms and darkens as the sun sets. Glass picks up the colour of the sky. Brushed metal loses its highlights.

A showroom in full daylight shows you one version of a piece. Your living room on a warm October evening shows you another.

It’s why we consider a finish not only for how it looks, but for how it changes with the light around it.

A detail on one chair can be subtle. If you repeat it eight or ten times around a dining table, it creates a really interesting design feature in the room.

That’s why stitching detail is worth considering when choosing a dining chair. Cattelan Italia's Magda has two options - Couture uses diamond-shaped quilting, bringing more pattern and texture, and Barré uses vertical stitched lines, giving the chairs a cleaner, more linear feel.

The Magda family includes dining chairs, chairs with armrests and stools, with frames in solid wood or metal.
