Notably, he’s also an Innovative researcher at the Zambia Research and Development Center-ZRDC, this highlights his aptitude for team collaboration and devising inventive solutions.

Beyond technology, Chisha plays guitar which serves as an outlet for his energy and a means to stay grounded.

An individual who is currently making strides in his fourth year as an ICT student at the Information and Communications University. Beyond his academic pursuits, he wears multiple
hats in the tech landscape. As the, he's playing a pivotal role in steering innovative initiatives.

Simultaneously, he's contributing his expertise as a diligent Innovative Researcher at the Zambia Research and Development Centre (ZRDC) where he's actively engaged in pioneering projects
that hold promise for the future.

At the heart of his passion lies web and mobile application development, an arena where he has dedicated considerable time and effort to master various programming languages. Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Java, and React Native, he has translated his theoretical knowledge into practical skills. His portfolio boasts an impressive collection of websites, web applications,
and mobile apps, all of which underline his commitment to experiential learning.

Balancing his academic journey with entrepreneurial endeavours, his dedication to continuous growth is evident. He's continually on the lookout for emerging technologies, consistently
seeking out opportunities to challenge himself and evolve as a developer. His excitement to connect with seasoned professionals in the industry is palpable, as he eagerly anticipates absorbing insights from their journey and establishing meaningful collaborations.

Joel is an enthusiastic/passion-driven individual currently pursuing a Software Engineering degree at the Information and Communications University.

Joel's insatiable thirst for knowledge and unwavering determination has led him to explore a diverse array of subjects, including database management systems, ICT project management, networking, and auditing. These pursuits have equipped him with a comprehensive grasp of the dynamic technological landscape.

Yet, Joel's true passion comes alive when he's immersed in programming. The process of crafting innovative solutions and turning ideas into reality brings him unparalleled joy and satisfaction.

Alongside his academic pursuits, Joel actively seeks avenues to apply his skills to real-world scenarios hence his contributions to significant projects at Zambia Research and Development Centre-ZRDC as an Innovative Researcher.
