The story behind this couch is a funnny one.

We had dinally agreed to create a small rental property at the back of our house, and coincidentally a high- school acquintance had reached out and expressed interest in the place, sighting that although it was too small for a long yerm rental, it would be a good landing spot for her to search for a more suitable place as she reported for her new job.

In hopes to make her feel more welcome, we upholstered it in the colour she shared to be the same as her beloved couch set.

The whole thing fell through soon after and subsequint tenants wrecked the appartment.

In our recent renovation we chose to keep what was working...strangely the orange was the anchor of the whole flat design...so we did a refresh, in thicker, more vinbrant cordoroy inspired fabric.

We couldnt be happier with the outcome.
