IT'S UNUSUAL for me, to fabricate moulding onsite but there's one great advantage, you can dial it in after you fix it in place 😍. And that makes for a pretty authentic look and feel. Beautiful 👏.

AFTER MILLING, Planing, joining, edging, and sanding, this man cave bar top got installed today. Nice to get it done so I can move on to the cabinetry orders 👏

ONE CROOKED LEG, loose joints all round, and three pieces of woefully cupped and split top boards. This refurbishment has been a true labour of love. A gazillion hours and every one worth it 😍. While a picture is worth the proverbial 1000 words, to be in the presence of this 1890s table, to touch it, there's something quite amazing. It oozes charm and history. Gladly, this work has brought it back to a beautiful and functional piece however, kept a good portion of historical patina. I can only imagine the stories both held within and, yet to come.

ANOTHER lovingly rescued centurion sash. Unstuck, scraped, repaired, reglazed, and re-roped back to full functionality and gorgeous aesthetics 😍. Can't help but love days like these 🙏

THANKFUL TODAY for great weather, great results oh, and great company 🤭 Ralf Kat Wittmann and I were as impressed with our dining table top refurb as the customers were 😍. Happy days all round.

A QUINTUPLE of joyous makers spending a perfect day at WOODLAND to show off their spoon making skills. I'm not sure if the banter or the creative outcomes were the highlight 🤭. Either way, thanks to everyone for an awesome workshop at Woodland and, enjoy your spoons! 👏

SOMETIMES your repair estimate doesn't come close 🤔

IT'S NOT OFTEN but when we get a beaut day here, it's worth moving into the carpark to work 🥳. With the legs reset and all joinery rebuilt, it's time to strip this gorgeous 1890s table for a long awaited refurb 👏.

LIFT 'EM, label 'em, scrape 'em, prep, glue, weight, sand, and refinish 🤔 Thankfully Ralf Kat Wittmann was onsite at the start of this one 👏
