The off season is the perfect time to do some boat maintenance in preparation for summer fun, but don't forget to allow for a longer curing time in the colder temperatures.

For boats and any other project, paint and surface coatings will need a little longer to cure, both between coats and after the final coat. If you're working outside the sun can help, but if you're indoors, temperatures lower than 20 degrees can increase curing times. To be safe, give it a little bit longer than you usually would to ensure a unblemished result.

Our wonderful friends at Balgowlah Golf Club have just refurbished their pool table using Northane Satin Clear, and honestly, the results speak for themselves.

Who remembers Mildew, the childhood boat Brett lovingly restored at the end of last year? He recently used her to complete the Tinny Rally, a 726km expedition down the Murray River.

Travelling down the river from Mildura to Mannum over 7 days, Mildew was a reliable companion and looks just as good after the expedition as she did before.
