Applying French Polish on this beautiful birdseye maple.

I made a custom Hempstone top binding for this one.
I got the material from another project not related to guitars.
I was able to bend it using a bending iron after laminating it in between two layers of veneer.
The Hempstone step is 2mm wide.
This might open up some applications for Hempstone.

Overhauled the inside construction a little bit and trying out the "split x-bracing" in memory of my favorite luthier Ken Parker.
By letting the one brace tunnel the other they can vibrate more freely. You really can tell the difference in tap tone and sustain.
