MOEBE is a design studio creating furniture and lifestyle objects with a focus on 'less'.

At MOEBE we design, we produce and we keep things simple - the world is complex enough. We strive to reduce our designs to their most simple forms, taking another perspective and making the designs simpler and smarter by refining their construction or usage. And doing so all the way through from the product itself to the packaging. We like to think of our designs as very intuitive and honest - a product of analogue thinking in an often too digital or technical world.

A warm glow. An individual expression.

TSU-TSU Pendant casts a direct pool of light below, with a soft, warm glow around its ceramic shade. Made using the traditional Bizen ware technique of hidasuki, its unglazed surface carries soft red markings that make every pendant unique, whether hung on its own or alongside others.

Introducing TSU-TSU Pendant.
Shaped by clay. Marked by fire.

Made in Japan with designer Shizuka Tatsuno and pottery workshop DAIKURA using the traditional Bizen ware technique of hidasuki, each shade carries its own pattern of soft red markings across an unglazed surface. Rice straw wrapped around the shade burns away during firing, making every pendant unique.

A small detail that brings it all together.

Stainless steel pins pass through KUMU’s oak frames, giving the connection a visible place in the design. Each pin plays a part in how the table is built—and how it looks.

The same construction runs through all four café and dining tables, from a morning coffee for one to dinner with a few more.

Introducing KUMU. One connection. Four tables.

A series of oak café and dining tables defined by a stainless steel pin connection. Passing through the wooden frames, the pins hold the structure together and give each table its character.

From a compact café table to a place for larger gatherings, the same detail brings the collection together.

Soft on the inside. Considered in every detail.

Each Lounge Chair cushion is held in place with a simple fastening mechanism and can be removed individually. Covers can be replaced while keeping the cushions, allowing the chair to be refreshed over time.

A desk when you need it, hidden when you don’t.

Fold Out Desk is mounted directly to the wall, creating a compact workspace that folds away when not in use. Designed to take up as little room as possible, it offers a simple solution for everyday work.
