Ever chosen something that looked perfect in a photo, then felt wrong in your hands?
This home is designed to be touched. Soft linen, warm leather, bouclé on every curve, cool stone beside it. Nothing loud, all of it warm.
A photo can’t tell you how any of that feels. Our concept showroom in Zamalek can.
Come touch the materials yourself. DM us “SHOWROOM”.

How do you want to feel when you walk through your front door?
For this Pyramids Heights roof suite, the answer was warm, grounded and quiet. A home high above the city that never feels cold.
Every choice that follows comes from that feeling. The plan, the materials and the coloursare next.
Want to find the feeling for your own home? DM us “VISIT”.

Why do some neutral homes feel warm, and others feel flat?
It comes down to how much of each colour you use. In this home: mostly sand and cream, a good share of warm oak, and only touches of olive and terracotta.
Use the same colours in different amounts and the room feels completely different.
Save this for your next room refresh.

Which room matters most to you at home: the living room or the bedroom?

This is the rooftop apartment we’re about to build. Calm where you rest, open where you gather, and a planted terrace wrapping it all.

Tell us in the comments, and we’ll show you that room first once it’s finished.

Ever noticed how some homes feel calm the second you walk in?

It isn’t the sofa or the marble. It’s the layout: quiet where you rest, open where you gather, and everything practical kept out of sight.

That’s what we planned first for this Pyramids Heights roof suite. The materials and colours come next.

Want your home to feel like that? DM us “PLAN”.

One room. Four material directions. Four completely different moods.

Choose the swatch that catches your eye first, follow its path, and see where it takes you.

Then tell us which one you picked.

Because sometimes, your first instinct says more about your design direction than you think.

A space doesn’t always need a dramatic change to work better.
Sometimes, one decision made early — an opening moved, a wall shifted, or a function repositioned — can change the way the entire space flows and feels.
That’s the value of spatial design: solving the space before styling it.
Have a floor plan you’re reconsidering? Send it to us.

Starting a project doesn’t mean you need to arrive with every decision already made.
A floor plan, a few references, or even just a clear sense that something needs to change is enough to begin.
The rest is part of the process.
Come by the showroom and start the conversation.

Choosing materials individually is the easy part.
The real design decision is how they work together — their tone, texture, finish and contrast.
That’s why we prefer to build material palettes physically, where you can see how everything reacts to the same light and to each other.
Visit the showroom and explore your material direction with us.

A well-designed space isn’t created in one step.
We start by understanding you, then the space. From there, we solve the spatial design, build the visual direction, make the key decisions together, and carry everything through ex*****on.
Each stage has a purpose — and each one makes the next decision clearer.
Thinking about starting a project? Come meet the team at the showroom.
