A short team meeting this month to let our hardworking teams hit the road and travel to their bases for the week.
We covered H&S, good practice, analysed recent jobs for challenges, things that went well and things that we could have done better.
We also celebrated length of service awards to Ryan, our apprentice who has now completed his apprenticeship and continues his learning towards a fully qualified claims handler. Two years service completed. Well done Ryan.
Also celebrated our Trainee Claims Handler Susan who has now been with the team for a whole year. Susan is a fast learner and has great customer service skills.
Employee of the month for August as voted by his peers was Chris, our Trainee Technician. Chris’s willingness to help others, regularly working away from home and offering to work overtime when asked was not lost on his colleagues. Well done Chris.
And finally, also voted by his peers for employee of the month for September was our Senior Technician Lee. Lee regularly leads our northern team and takes the new starts in the field under his wing for training and mentoring. His patient personality is welcomed by all of the newbies. Well done Lee and a huge thank you to all our team for the contribution they give to the business and our customers.
