At Skye McAlpine’s home, three singers and a pianist from the Royal Ballet and Opera’s Jette Parker Artists Programme performed just a few feet from their audience, before the evening continued around Skye's dining table.

For those gathered, it was a rare chance to experience live opera up close and personal - to witness not only the beauty of the performance, but the extraordinary talent, dedication and artistry behind it.
