Hello Summer Honey 🍯
This has been collected from our bees on the edge of the New Forest. Our bet there's lots of bramble in there!

Heather Honey. With the dry weather we've just had we're not sure we're going to get much heather honey this year. The flower is outlander looking beautiful but put probably not producing much nectar. We'll keep you posted! 🐝

20/07/2026

After all the hard work we put in, there's nothing more rewarding than you tasting the honeys. ❤️🐝
The full team turned out for Fordingbridge Festival, even a bee gave her seal of approval on our candles.

21/06/2026

Thank you everyone who came to visit us yesterday, it was a day great as usual.
The new honey is proving to be the most popular 🍯 Look forward to seeing you all at Fordingbridge Festival 🐝

We felt it was time to 'tell the bees' about our new team member. 🐝

"Telling the bees" is an ancient Western European tradition where beekeepers inform their bees of major household events—births, marriages, and especially deaths—to keep them informed and prevent them from leaving or dying.

The queen is getting into a beautiful rhythm and the workers are collecting a lot of nectar and pollen.

All our hives made it through the winter and we've even split our first swarm. 🤞🏼 Here's to a great 2026.
