I'm thrilled to share that the website design lecture I delivered last week for the With Good Company network is now available to read on my blog.

If you're planning a new website, thinking about refreshing an existing one, or simply wondering where to start, you'll find plenty of practical advice to help guide you through the process.

I've also included a FREE download of the presentation slides, so you can revisit the key points in your own time.

đź”— Head to the link in my bio to read the blog and download the slides.

And remember, if you'd like to discuss your website project but aren't sure where to begin, you can book a free 20-minute design consultation with me. It's a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we can explore your goals, challenges and next steps.

It’s coming up to two years since I moved my business to Folkestone, and honestly, I’ve loved every minute of it.

Starting again somewhere new is always a little daunting, especially when your business is built so much around people, relationships, and community — but Folkestone has been incredibly welcoming from the start.

Over the last two years I’ve met so many brilliant local businesses, creatives, freelancers, and organisations, worked on some wonderful projects, collaborated with inspiring people, and slowly built a life and business here that genuinely feels like home.

The move has given me fresh perspective creatively too. There’s such a strong independent spirit here and a real willingness amongst people to support each other, collaborate, and build things together.

I recently wrote a little blog reflecting on what I’ve learned since moving here, what’s surprised me most, and what I hope for moving forward — both personally and professionally. Read it if you like, link is in my bio :)

For now, just a little thank you to Folkestone for making me feel so welcome over the last two years đź’›

Behind the scenes 👀 Here’s a little peek at what I’ve been working on recently…

I’ve been collaborating with the lovely Kate from , a WordPress developer based in Margate, on a brand new ecommerce website project currently in development. I’m leading on the design, UX, branding, and customer journey side, while Kate is handling the WordPress and ecommerce build and development.

It’s been brilliant working together and such a reminder of how valuable creative collaborations can be, especially when everyone brings different strengths and expertise to the table.

Also very happy to have found another local woman in tech to collaborate with đź’›

More to share soon once things are further along, but for now here’s a little work-in-progress glimpse of what we’re creating together.

Really delighted to see my client Paul Jenner aka receiving so much well-deserved praise and press coverage following the launch of his new EP.

I originally worked with Paul on his logo, brand identity, and website back in 2023, so it’s been lovely to collaborate again recently as the project continues to grow. Over the past few months I’ve been supporting with website updates, blog expansion, e-commerce maintenance, content creation, and general digital design updates to help keep everything fresh and moving forward.

It’s always rewarding to work with creative people who are so passionate about what they do — and even better seeing that hard work recognised publicly. Huge congratulations Paul!

I know I’m not the most active person on this platform… truthfully, I’ve always preferred networking and connecting in real life. But that’s not to say I haven’t been busy behind the scenes, quite the opposite.

The last few months have been filled with some brilliant projects and lovely clients, and although I still need to properly update my portfolio website, I’m really pleased to finally share a recent project completed back in February for a local stonemasonry consultant.

The Natural Stone Company is now fully set up with a new logo and brand identity, portfolio website, google business profile and printed business cards — giving the business a more professional and cohesive presence both online and offline.

It’s always rewarding helping smaller businesses bring clarity and confidence to how they present themselves.

A new Karma Project just launched... Congratulations to on the launch of your website!

I’m really proud to share the latest pro bono Karma Project from The Karma Creative — supporting Ruff Necks CIC, a brilliant new arts charity creating space for young people to express, perform and be heard. This is what Karma Projects are all about; using design for good and supporting ideas that deserve to be seen.

From expanding their brand identity to designing and launching their website, this project was all about creating a strong foundation to help them grow and reach their community. I've written about the project on my blog, check it out from the link in my bio.
