Meet ‘This’, ‘That’ and ‘The Other’ 🖤✨ - A vintage Stag Minstrel chest of drawers. 
 
This bespoke piece has been completely refurbished in classic black paint, satin varnish, faux crocodile drawer fronts, and variegated gold leaf embellishments. 
 
The gold leaf features vibrant, one of a kind patinas in shades of gold, bronze, silver, and pewter. One of those finishes that changes every time the light hits it. 
 
The original handles have been retained and sprayed gold, whilst added cast iron handles on the middle three drawers have been leafed and finished with playful removable card inserts for an apothecary feel. Because obviously these drawers are only for ‘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒’, ‘𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓’ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 ‘𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑! 
 
Inside, the drawers have been painted in a matte pink/ red for a bold contrast against the dark exterior. 
Each drawer runs smoothly thanks to brand new runners, finished with a subtle orange blossom scented wax that gives the whole piece a luxurious fragrance.
