Are you able to come & help sew on this Saturday?

70 POPPIES HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF AT HIGHER TOWN SO FAR 🙏

If you can let us know if you are able to come and sew on the poppies this Saturday that would be really helpful.

A big “Thank you” to everyone who has already dropped in their poppies to me here at HIGHER TOWN. If there are any more out there, please feel free to drop them in or bring them along to HIGH CLERE (opposite New Inn) on Sat 31st Oct at 2pm to help sew them onto the net.

“Thank you” also to the PCC who have agreed to let us drape the net of poppies down the wall of the steps in the square up to the War Memorial.

St Mary’s Church, Honeychurch

Everyone here in Honeychurch would like to say a big thankyou to Mike Kelly and Sue Andrew for giving up their time to give such an interesting talk on the history of St Mary’s Church. Also, a big thank you to everyone who helped on the night.
We would also like to express grateful thanks to everyone who came on the evening (especially with the wet weather) and supported this wonderful Norman church. We are delighted to report that the sum of £972.75 has been raised to go towards the repair of the south windows.
