Master metalworker and sculptor Lorenzo Burchiellaro was a leading figure in 20th-century Italian design. His modern mid-century creations are part practical furniture and part striking sculptures, so much so that his wall mirrors, vases, and coffee tables often resemble artifacts unearthed from the ground, thanks to the meticulous craftsmanship for which he is known.

In his designs, he used a variety of metals and alloys, including iron, bronze, zinc, pewter, and copper, and employed various techniques to highlight the rich details of the materials and to create organic textures on the tabletops and surfaces of the wide range of decorative objects he created. Each piece was as decorative as it was functional.

In our collection you can discover a low table and a sculptural mirror.
