Never enough cabinets. A home for the famously chaotic drawers and the things you’d rather keep out of sight. Room for a little mess, or perfect order.

Zara’s shelf might just be our new favourite Portal shelf combination. Plenty of space for books and trinkets, with room to tuck away the things you’d rather keep out of sight.

Some books you’ve read a hundred times, others you keep meaning to open. A few favourite objects, little memories and things collected along the way. There’s room for all of it.

We’re always looking for ways to make the Portal shelf better. One question we hear often is: Why aren’t the screws included?

Note taken! From now on, matching screws and anchors are included with every shelf ladder. Naturally, they come in the same colour as your shelving system for a seamless look.

Look for the little green bag in your box! 💚

A shelf to be lived with. Zara’s Portal Shelf with extended front legs to fit perfectly over the beautiful original high skirting boards in her Stockholm apartment. Just one of the many ways your Portal Shelf can be adapted to the quirks and character of your home.

At home with fashion stylist Zara Zachrisson, it’s all about following her instincts. Here, fashion and interiors come together in a personal mix of favorite pieces, books, and details that have found their place over time. Read the interview with Zara and check out Zara’s shelf. 🌞
