That's why we always try to find unique solutions that can tick all those boxes. Flush Fasteners are one of the ways we do this.

Most craftspeople try to use visible fasteners as little as possible, but they do have their utility. That's why these Flush Fasteners are a great middle ground - a simple, sleek option that still gives us the simple serviceability we desire.

Eddy - one of the most unique builds we have ever done!

A separate shower stall and bathroom may not be for everyone, but that's why we don't build vans for "everyone" - we build just for you.

And while the van has two beds and these separate spaces, it still feels relatively open and airy thanks to the light color scheme.

40 gallons of fresh water, 800Ah battery bank, Rixens heating system, Infinity Shower and upgraded suspension make this van a super comfortable home on wheels.

Introducing “Gale”.

Another special build has rolled out of the shop.

Designed and built for our amazing client Lauren, Gale is a 144” Mercedes Sprinter AWD.

On the outside you’ll find everything you need to get off the beaten path.

On the inside you’ll find a warm, inviting living space with a full kitchen, wet bath, and state of the art systems to keep you comfortable on the road.

We absolutely loved building this van, and are so happy that Lauren and her dog Finn are now out on the road living life to the fullest.

Yet another build has officially hit the road - meet Eddy!

Eddy is probably one of the most unique vans we have ever built.
When designing Eddy with our clients Carlos and Christine, there were many considerations that influenced this particular layout.

The need for separate sleeping spaces and a full shower that is separate from a dedicated toilet room with full privacy were just some of the elements that make this van one-of-a-kind.

The design process consisted of a lot of back and forth, reworking the layout numerous times in order to ensure the van had everything they needed in the most functional layout possible.

The end result - a beautiful van with:
-His and her beds,
-Full shower with an Infinity Shower recirculating shower system
-Toilet room with a custom vanity and a dimmable red light for trips at night
-Large Vitrifrigo fridge
-Partition wall with a sliding pocket door, engraved with an aspen-tree design
-Copious amounts of storage space, including custom drawer inserts and slide out gear storage out the sliding door of the van
-Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer
-Rixens MCS7 hydronic heating system
-40 gallons of fresh water
-10kWh lithium battery bank
-Evictus Advanced suspension system
-Nomadic x3 48V air conditioning..and so much more!

When it comes to exterior lighting for your rig, there are lots of different options and configurations.

For Sawtooth's owner, having solid exterior lighting when backing up the van was crucial, without compromising functionality when parked at camp.

That's why we set things up so that he had all four Baja Designs lights on when in reverse, with maintaining the ability to toggle on different zones when parked.
