Two members of the Royer team attended the HCD Conference + Expo in New Orleans last week, featuring over 100 educational sessions on healthcare research, construction trends, behavioral health, sustainability, and technology in the built environment. Talking CET with people who get it. Our kind of trip. 😉 April, our Lead Designer, and Marianne, our Director of Services – Dallas, headed to Cincinnati for Configura Experience conference to sharpen their CET skills and swap tips with industry peers using it every day.

Add in visits with The Design POP, Mayer Fabrics: Commercial Interiors Textile Solutions, and the CAD Trainer Guy, Michael Beall, a photo with Configura CEO Steven Jenkins, and a little Union Terminal sightseeing. Not a bad work trip!

Our Account Managers Bradford Ahlfinger and Mar'e Van Tillburg and our Director of Sales, Ben Kraft, headed to AIS Inc with CRONAN for a tour of the factory, headquarters, and showroom, with a little sightseeing by land and water along the way.

They went for the furniture. The duck boat was a bonus. 🦆

We came home with plenty of furniture know-how and an appreciation for the people behind it. It’s easy to see they love what they do!

Good company is always worth an early start. ☕️ Last Friday, the ROYER crew attended the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter Annual Leadership Breakfast with our guests, Macie Robinson of Schwarz Hanson Architects and Abbi Young of Hoefer Welker.
