We don’t always use real plants, but for this home it just felt right. This home was focused on using organic sustainable building materials and using faux anything felt wrong!

Every home we stage deserves its own marketing and design approach. What works in one house might not work in another house. Being able tailor and adapt our inventory with each specific home to attract YOUR projected buyer is our largest value add.

This project had so many good moments. AI staging could never replace the feeling you get when you walk into a well designed space. Feeling of HOME, can create a strong desire to do whatever it takes to make THAT home yours. Good staging results in getting homes over market value or receiving multiple offers because it invokes the emotional side that is so powerful.
