Step out of the lift and this is the first thing you see.

Floor-to-ceiling joinery for an entry and hallway in Newport. Olive green fluted fronts, long sculpted timber pulls, and full-height storage that sits quietly against the concrete ceiling and terrazzo floor.

Swipe to the open doors. Behind the fronts is shelving, laid out for what the hallway actually has to hold.

Every job starts on drawings the client approves before we cut a board. Then it is made in our Brookvale workshop.

Same wall. Swipe.

Before: tape marks, a ladder and a lot of imagination.

After: a built-in desk for a home study in Freshwater, running the full width of the room. A dark timber top, white drawer pedestals underneath, two floating timber shelves above, and sage green VJ panelling behind to tie the whole wall together.

The tape marks were the start of the drawings. The drawings were approved before anything was made.
