First time we’ve actually carved pumpkins with the kids… and after nearly lopping my finger off, things got pretty hardcore! 😂
The work gloves came out, the drill was involved and it’s safe to say the dining table worked pretty hard today!
The chickens have spent the afternoon feasting on pumpkin guts, and I suspect we’ll be eating pumpkin in one form or another for the next fortnight.
So, I’m after some inspiration… what do you make with pumpkin? Other than soup and chutney please – I’d love some new ideas!
