While Halloween is a time for fun, it is also important that we all take a few extra precautions to keep ourselves and our communities safe.
Top Tips:
🚗 Drivers please slow down in residential areas and keep an eye out for children who may appear excited or distracted.
🔦 Stay visible by carrying a torch or reflective clothing.
🍬 Check all treats and be mindful of allergies or choking hazards.
🏠 Respect peoples homes and only approach if it is clear that trick or treating is wanted. Never enter someone's home and remember that not everyone wants to take part.
🐶 Keep chocolate and sweets away from animals and remember that doorbells, costumes and extra visitors can cause anxiety to our furry friends.
Whether you are trick or treating, welcoming visitors or simply enjoying the evening at home. We wish you all a safe and happy Halloween 🕷️
