To all my New Zealand-based old car enthusiast friends, and also those of you who have just a passing interest in old cars.
There is a petition being circulated that is addressed to Hon David Seymour, the Minister for Regulation, asking him to "remove onerous, expensive and unwarranted regulation related to older, collectible motor vehicles intended for domestic, social, recreational or promotional purposes".
