Our Tomato Rice is slightly different from the locals ours is inspired by the Middle Eastern version n we call it Nasi Tomato Timur Tengah.. the process is totally different from some locals version.

We strictly do not use Tomato sauce in our rice.
Our Tomato Rice is light. If you were to have lettuce as sides.. it's just nice plus 1 Dish..

Everything is complete.😉.

What is the difference between our Nasi Briyani & Nasi Minyak🤔

1. Nasi Briyani, there's slight colour to bring it look more captivating n delicious.. our basmati rice for our briyani rice we boil separately & cook separately with evaporated milk so that it will be light n it's not too heavy.
Let's say you wanna do DUM Briyani, u just get your Briyani Dish n layer it.

2. Nasi Minyak / Ghee Rice, as we know this is the easiest to cook.. you just need the paste ready & Sautè it in Hot Ghee & plus cashew nuts & raisins.. plus evaporated milk.. we don't use sunquick at all. We followed our family's traditional recipe Arab & Pakistani.

So if u guys wish to order do inform us which 1 u prefer.

Sambal Lonteh (Ikan Bilis/Anchovies) best eaten with hot / warm rice.. other than that it's also nice to eat with sunny side up egg .. u can even add salted fish to go along with it.

Sambal Lonteh(Ikan Bilis/Anchovies).. you can keep months in fridge coz its already been cooked.
